Forgive me for asking a silly question, but what use is someone else's business plan for your business? You are starting a business. You need to write a business plan based on your research into the business idea, your location, your ideas for the business, your financial resources, your marketing ideas, your point of difference from the million other BPOs in India, etc., etc., etc.
Just trying to copy someone else is a sure road to professional and financial disaster.
