My seniors were not so concerned about having a dress code policy, but now, as the management has decided and instructed me to create a proper policy regarding the same.
Dress Code Policy Considerations
The management has instructed to cover points like avoiding bright colors on weekdays and also to mention formal dress as well as casual attire on weekdays but to avoid T-shirts and jeans. I am confused about how to frame the points if we are mentioning casual attire on weekdays. Is it correct to include this in the policy?
