Unpaid Gratuity After Six Years of Service: What Steps Can I Take Against My Employer?

Seeking Advice on Unpaid Gratuity

I had worked in a company for more than six years and left in July last year. However, for many months now, the employer has not been paying my due gratuity. Please reply with the steps I can take against the employer.
