I have to fix up the wages for our new recruits as per the Minimum Wages Act. I am not clear on how to calculate this. Can anyone help in calculating the per-day wage as per the revision of the Minimum Wages Act announced by the Tamil Nadu Minimum Act with effect from 1.04.2013? I would appreciate your immediate reply.
