I am working as an hr consultant (hardcore in recruitment) and I want to join corporate as an hr executive but I don't have any idea regarding hr activities being used in corporates and due to which i am unable to get a job in corporate, so kindly help me out in following activities written below.
1.Managing HR Accounting of all employees like(Salary Calculations /PF/Bonus/Gratuity/ESI /Full & Final Calculations) as per Laws.
2. Maintenance of daily and monthly Attendance Register.
3. Updating and maintenance Attendance of Employee.
4. Fixed Salary Calculations as per Government/Labor Laws.
5. Calculating the Full & Final compensation amount for exiting employee/s.
6. Responsible for PF Filing/ ESI Calculation/ Taxation & Other Statutory Documentations & Calculation
7. Coordinate for obtaining all required documentation from employees for opening up of Saving Accounts
8. Responsible for managing employee database of all documentations from joining till exit.
