Not Paid My F & F Settlement

Dear Member,
Hi i am Ashish, My pervious company ( Name AAIPL Gurgaon) hold my full & final settlement they are not clear why they are hold my settlement, so please give me a suitable way what i am doing,

Reason for it.
When was it invoked / communicated?
If resignation, Was it accepted? When?
What was your last working day?
What is the separation policy of your firm?

i am resign & the resign was accepted by DGM HR, i am clear my dues by all the department heads, no dues on me, when i call the company HR manager & executive they are not clear & says your F & F stopped by VP .

You should ask the reason to stop your F&F and not who has asked to stop it. Ask your HR that it can be understood that VP asked to stop the F&F payment but have s/he mentioned any reason for it?

What do you mean by that?

its means that the no dues on my cleariance.
i have clear my all dues by the side of company so that they are clear my F&F smoothly.
