Ms. Sharmila Das,
I quote an extract from your posting: With reference to the appointment letter and consecutive assessments during your probation has been satisfactory. The sentence is not complete as it started with "With reference......". Secondly, what is "consequetive"? The spelling is incorrect, and the meaning is also not suitable for the situation.
Youngsters seek guidance from us, and let us not make serious mistakes. The girl has sought guidance from us. She may simply copy & paste your letter and consequently may face termination from her management.
Let our postings be proper, meaningful, and devoid of mistakes. I am sorry to say this here and in this forum. Typographical errors in our writing are okay, but not in the formats we are sharing here.
Hope you would not mind my correcting you here.
Best wishes
