Need Help: How Do I Write a Bank Letter for Employees to Open Accounts?

Dear all, I am working as an HR executive in Saudi Arabia. In my company, I need to control all HR activities. Nobody is here to support me as it is a new company. Now, the employees want to give a letter to the bank on behalf of the company, informing them that they are working in this company and want to open a new account. So, please send me the format if anybody has it.

I echo Mr. Banerjee's sentiments. Please ensure the format meets the requirements specified by the bank. Many private Indian banks accept the standard format, including name, designation, date of joining, and current employment status. Additionally, the letter should explicitly state that it has been issued for the bank, including its name and branch code, for the purpose of opening an account.

However, some nationalized banks do not accept such letters. They have their own specific format that must be adhered to by the issuing company. Kindly inform us of the progress in resolving this matter.
