Need Help Creating Salary Break-Up for Domestic BPO – How Do You Do It?

soofia77
Dear Seniors, I am always thankful to you all for the support. This time again, here I am with a new query. Previously, my senior HR used to handle the salary break-up. However, he has since left the company, and as I do not have much experience in this particular area compared to the new joining agents, I now have to create the break-up. Please help me out in this regard and brief me on how the break-up is generally prepared.

Thank you.

Could you help me with a salary range so that I could explain to you the breakdown?

Hi, first of all, I would like to thank you. If a candidate is demanding 12K per month, kindly inform me how it will be with and without PF deduction.

Please refer to the attached file. Here we have shown you the CTC breakup of an employee with a CTC of ₹13,000 per month. We have considered the minimum wages for determining the basic salary. However, you can also opt for 40% or 50% of the gross salary to determine the basic amount.

Conveyance can be ₹800 per month, HRA at 40% for non-metro areas or 50% for metros, Educational allowance at ₹200 for 2 children (exempted from IT), Medical allowance capped at ₹1,250 (exempted from IT), and the remainder can be adjusted under other allowance categories.

If an employee does not have PF deductions, the basic salary must be maintained above ₹6,500. Additionally, Form-11 (revised) must be signed by the employee.

Thank you.

Your senior used to handle the salary breakup. I assume there was a system or method to it. Please go through the files and the previous breakups to figure it out. Mostly, the salaries of new employees will be similar to those done in the past, so you can use the same structure for the time being.
