Because of company retention strategies, if a company has good retention strategies, employees will not leave the company. Hence, nobody will be interested in withdrawing PF or pension amounts.

Hi, I worked in a company from 01-12-2012 to 31-05-2013. I have applied to withdraw the pension benefits and submitted Form 10C to the PF authority. However, they rejected my claim on the grounds of working less than 6 months.
