It's quite refreshing that our 'citehr' is now addressing Sri Swami Vivekananda, the most universally revered 'Management Guru Of the Bharatiya Culture'. In the globalized context, any 'Precept And Practice Of Management' is perceptionally incomplete without incorporating Swami Vivekananda's doctrine on 'Self Development And Social Evolution'.
It's greatly true that the study and science of Management have been immensely contributed to and developed by Western masters. Vivekananda, while gratefully acknowledging this truth, was very vocal that this should be followed by the 'Synthesis Of Western Order And Bharatiya Thought', the latter being synonymous with Vedanta Knowledge. There cannot be a better validation for this principle, even as training sessions are held for executives and employees all around the East and West on the key issues of corporate harmony and stress management by recourse to the subjects on 'The Yoga And Dhyana'.
Anyway, I profusely thank Mr. Anurag for adding this valuable resource to our thread/link 'Citehr'. Sorry for responding late. May his tribe increase.
