Rubber stamps are a part of the office stationary, which are allocated to decision makers and HR , who approve documents with their signatures. Please outline the requirement for your firm and design the policy around it. Rubber stamps are bought on authorisation and remains indexed for each article.
When a decision maker or an official who approves a document with signature, raise a requisition, allocate them one and maintain a record. Each time the stamp gets damaged , ask the official to submit it and raise a new requisition for it.
Issue an internal memo each time you re-allocate the stamps and declare it to be the receiving official's responsibility to manage them.
