Balancing HR and Entrepreneurship: How Can I Start a Low-Risk Business While Working?

Dear All, I have been in the HR domain for the last 2.5 years. Currently, I am interested in starting my own business alongside my current job. I would appreciate any guidance and ideas on what I can start that involves low investment and minimal risk.

Your desire to start your own business is appreciated. However, it would be difficult for anyone to suggest unless one knows about your aptitude, your preferences, your ability to drive and sustain the business, etc.

In short, without knowing much about you, how can one just suggest a business? Be pragmatic and tell us more about yourself, your experiences, capabilities, and interests.

I have completed an MA in English Literature and an MBA in HR & IT, but I don't have any interest in the teaching line. I have been involved in hardcore IT recruitment for the past 2.5 years. However, nowadays, we come across consultancies in every other lane. Consultancies are sprouting up like mushrooms. I am eager to explore something new and interesting.
