Confused About PF Withdrawal? Should I Contact My Ex-Employer or Go Directly?

Dear All, Please let me know, for PF withdrawal, should I directly download Form 10C and Form 19 from the internet, get them filled, and send them to the PF office, or should I first talk to my previous employer regarding the withdrawal of PF.

You can download the form and get it signed by the signing authority of the company for PF. You have to attach Form 3A, which you will get from the employer.
