2)Trouble shooter - with reference to an employee who diffuses an unpleasant situation.
3)Walking encyclopedia - with reference to an employee who has all the rules and regulations and the provisions of laws on the tip of his tongue.
4)Fountain head - with reference to an employee who knows the back ground history of all issues that come for decisons.This tag usually fits senior employees of the department who have been delaing with issues for a long time.
