Performance Linked Incentive - Performance Incentive

Dear All
I have been provided with 54500 as Performance Linked incentive when i was joining.
And that was Annual Performance Linked Incentive.
But now i didnt complete One Year with this company,and i am leaving it.
Then how would this be settled to me during my final settlement.
I didnt see any point describing about this in the offfer letter that i was provided when i was joining.
Please respond to this ASAP.Thanks in advance.

Since it was an annual performance bonus and therefore discretionary, you will not be eligible for it when you have not completed one year
