Leaving Before a Year: How Will My Performance Incentive Be Settled?

I was provided with $54,500 as a Performance Linked Incentive when I joined. This incentive was annual. However, as I have not completed one year with the company and am now leaving, I am unsure how this will be settled during my final payment. There was no mention of this in the offer letter I received when I joined.

I would appreciate a prompt response on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Since it was an annual performance bonus and therefore discretionary, you will not be eligible for it if you have not completed one year.
