How Do I Write a Legal Letter to Ex-Employees Breaching Our NDA? Urgent Help Needed

career@professionalsofttech.com
I am working as an HR Manager in an IT company. I need to write a letter to an ex-employee for breaching the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Agreement Terms

This is what we include in the bond or agreement:

3) The employee agrees not to reveal any information such as accounts, credit cards, security-related entities, passwords, files, etc., related to projects to anyone outside the company.

4) At the end of the job period, the company owns the rights to all the work and accounts of the employee. The employee cannot use any work produced for the company in their portfolio or reveal it through any other method to external sources.

Our ex-employees are using client and project information and breaching this agreement. I need to write a legal letter to all these employees. Please help, it's urgent.

Legal Action for Breach of Non-Disclosure Agreement

As per your NDC agreement, you are required to list your damages and issue a written notice or warning letter to initiate legal action upon receipt. You should file a legal case against the employer with proper justification.

You should let your lawyer draft that letter. However, if you want to do it on your own, there are many samples on the net that you can Google for.
