My Precedor has told the employee that returns should be filed in march. But now he is approaching me to solve the issue. How can I help him in this matter.

Hi Raghavendra
If the employee didn't give you the previous organisation income details then no need to bother. You calculate the Tax as per the current income & deduct TDS. After April you issue TDS certificate & let him file the return.
Can you tell which return you want to submit in the month of March. IT Returns should be filed by employees only before End July
