I am a Labour Welfare Officer at Nelcast Limited, Chennai, since 2010. I have completed my M.A. and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. from RGNIYD, Chennai. I was the Chennai District Best Youth Award Winner in 2006, awarded by the Government of India (via NYK-Chennai). I am also a recipient of the Pigeon Award and the Swami Vivekananda Award for Mankind Social Service. I have gained sufficient knowledge in HR, IR, labour welfare, and administration, with a total of 5 years of experience.
