Confused About Submitting Form 2 for PF? Need Guidance on Post-March 2012 Rules

Dear senior, please help me. Should we submit Form 2 (nominee form) in the PF office after March 2012, and why should we not submit Form 2?

Importance of Submitting Form-2 for PF Benefits

Submission of Form-2 will help to draw PF benefits easily in case of the death of an employee by the nominee given in the form. In case of non-submission, the legal heirs have to obtain a certificate from the MRO and have to submit and visit several times for the claim of PF. This is the difference.
