Understanding Form 3A for PF Settlement and Employee Benefits

Dear senior,

If an employee leaves his job after March 2012 and wants to get his provident fund and pension fund, then he will be eligible for Form 3A because after March 2012, no paper return is required in the PF office.

Dear Nitin,

Although PF has gone online, the PF clerks still demand Form 3A for the claim settlement process. If you are using EPF software, you can easily generate Form 3A and get it signed by the authorized signatory of your company.
