Hiii everyone!!
Can you please suggest a tool for measuring the training effectiveness feedback. The tool should be easy yet powerful.
Also once the training effectiveness is gathered how can we measure the trainer's effectiveness overall from the feedback received.

Dear Ms. Rachita,
There are varied forms viz., soft skills feedback form/pocess-related feedback form/ CSR related etc. Although forms vary on parameters designed for the basis of effective training to a purticular line of business.
