I am an MBA graduate with two years of experience in recruitment. Now, I am in search of a job in core HR. However, I do not have experience in core HR. In this case, can I get a job in core HR?
Hi Swatthi, I think if you don't have any experience or references, you can still apply for a Core HR position as a fresher or trainee. Your two years of experience in recruitment is a definite plus point. Best of luck!
Like you, I also worked for six months as an HR Recruiter, but now I am working as an HR Officer. You will get a job in core HR. When I was working as an HR recruiter, I was thinking like you. But at the starting stage of your career, this happens. This does not mean you will never get a Core HR profile.
