Gratuity calculation is added but one missed out.
Last drawn per month wage x 15 / 26 x No of years of completed Service
No of years of completed service is missed out.

Dear i want to know the meaning of Last rate of basic wages*15/26 (what is the meaning of 26).

hai raj,
26 means deducting the holidays in a month i.e 4 sunday a month and as per law employers is liability to pay 15 days salary.

I guess u still are missing something in the Formula :
If I am not wrong we have DA as well in the calculation for Gratuity.
any Comments ???

The maximum limit for Gratuity is Rs. 10 Lakh not 3.5 Lakh.
