Annual Return 2012-13 - Pdf Download

we have already registered in epfo and we have also user name & password .
But i do not know how can i alert a extensional no. For pf to a new employee.

Dear Seniors,
I understand that for the FY 2012-13 there is no need for any document preparation either online or as a hard copy,provided we have filed the monthly ECRs. Please do correct me if I am wrong.I just wanted to understand what does it mean when the eSewa portal says "Employers can view the annual accounts slip for accounting year"
Will we get a summary online or should we initiate some steps.

I agreed with all above said employees but we have to send Form-2 (Nomination & Declaration form) to Regional Provident fund office. This has to do by the present employer. Recently I went to Provident office I asked Enforcement Officer , she old that you must submit Nomination form of the emplyees.
