Fake Experience in IT Industry: How Do You Report It in India?

• How to Report and where to report a fake experience in IT industry in India?

How do HR people recognize the fake experience? How do HR people recognize the fake CTC?

Do tell me something so that it will be useful for users who fake their experiences, and they can learn better from it. I myself, when chatting with HR professionals, found that many of them have faked somewhere in their lives, in their resumes. But as it goes, sometimes telling lies if something good happens is accepted. Can the same about faking resumes also be told?

Actually, one friend of mine is in HR on CiteHR, thinking of faking a resume for a better job, and I advised not to fake. But still, sometimes I think if I fake, I would get a better chance. Anyways, there is nothing in HR that cannot be learned soon, so faking sometimes is good, and many of you on CiteHR must have faked sometimes. Hehehe.

Some companies do legal cases .. i have heard about it,, not seen,,,
some companies BLACKLIST the resume in their group of consultants , fellow companies,, , so even if u apply to any consultant and if they check it in their database,,, and if found,, they would never accept... uu....
