Navigating the MPCB Consent Process: What Documents Do You Really Need?

Getting the MPCB Consent to Establish/Renewal (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) is a bit of a complicated process. But don't worry now, the following information could help you make this process easier.

Documents Required - (3 SETS)

1. Application Form for the Consent
2. DD for the Statutory Fees
- DD No
- Bank
3. Lease Agreement copy with owner & 7/12 Copy (for Non-MIDC)
4. MIDC agreement and possession receipt (for MIDC)
5. Gram Panchayat NOC copy in the name of the Company (for Non-MIDC)
6. Final drawing copy of the factory and layout
7. Declaration for the investment
- By Chartered Accountant (Format attached)
8. Water budget details including input water, usage, applications, losses, recycled water, effluent details (format attached)
9. Detailed manufacturing process of each product
10. Process flow diagram
11. SSI Regn. Copy or IEM Regn. Copy
12. M.O.A. Copy
13. List of Raw Materials with monthly or annual consumption
14. List of manufacturing Products with monthly or annual quantity
15. Details of the Generators or boilers (Capacity, Fuel type, and quantity)
16. Details of the Stack and the Chimney (Height, Portal Diameter)
17. Details of Hazardous/Non-Hazardous waste
- Type of waste, Quantity, and details of disposal
18. Details of ETP/STP Process and scheme diagram
19. Details of Paint booth if present.
