Bank Account Details for PF Applications

The bank account details you provided in your PF applications (Form 19 & 10C) are not for an online bank account. If the account is deactivated or if the IFSC code does not match your bank account, the amount will be returned to the PF office. The status may show that your account is settled. You may inquire at the PF office where you submitted your application.

You need to submit the Re-authorization Form attested by your employer along with bank account details with the correct IFSC code mentioned on it.

Please find attached the Re-authorization Form.

Note: You have to apply in two sets individually for FORM 19 & 10C.

Please DO NOT post your personal banking details in an open forum such as this. You run a very grave risk of opening yourself up to fraud by unscrupulous people.

For your safety and protection, I have deleted your posting with your banking details. As one of the other posters has said, this seems to me like a matter you need to talk to the appropriate authorities about, i.e., the PF office or whoever is responsible for this in India.
