I am facing a major obstacle in terms of setting up a vertical in L n D department. Well, we are planning to introduce a concept called as "Knowledge base" in same lines as Aditya Birla's Gyanodaya. The main objective is continuous learning and improvement in employment engagement activities.
So, need your expertise in how do I really start?
Next, is the training grid. Again, a base knowledge of how to go initiate?
