On sept.14 th I joined this largest group of HR.
Read your post and my replies are as follows:
For a good HR mannual you ahve to start with Organization organogram, Grades & Designation at your comoany,Leave policy,Department organogram,their inter-connectivity, Tranfer policy,breaks, and other HR policies.
