Manufacturing job has things involving Production, Engineering, Food Processing, Industrial etc., on a higher note manufacturing is a very dominant industry type.

Service sectors have been for centuries together medical, educational, food services and hospitality existed even much wholly much categorically it has employed about twice as many workers as the manufacturing industry.

As a HR, you may consider much intensity in the manufacturing industry which has featured the highest unionization compared to the service sector. They continue to evolve with a huge speculation. HR needs to get familiar with the contract language while speaking to the contrcators and drive the workforce on issues realting to absenteeism, face-to-face talks and need to understand the workers way and grievence procedures. Mostly take care of the safety & Health when regarded to fatalities, usage of heavy machinary. Importantly, here the HR should be in verbal communication all the time as workers do not use the computers or desktops, therefore, the this is one counterpart.

Service industries compared to that of Manufacturing have no huge loses either in terms of investment or employment. The word is not an end in this sector while learning about F&B, Housekeeping, IT, Purchase departments etc., Here the HR has to maintain few policies like fixed documentation -- maintaing proper JD's and employee agreement. The description of various types of job responsibilities for Cooks, Bartenders etc, has to be outlined by the HR carefully. Nonetheless, documentation is important on employee incidents and misbehavior as service industry is all about people-related & knowledge on accurate employee records is one tool for HR.

These are few things that a HR needs to be in au fait with the sense of duty he/she should be exceptional. Besides, it is you who should know whether that JOB can be carried responsibly or not. First conceptualize, contend then step forward!
