Hi All,
Pl. send the format of Relieving letter and resignation letter..... i m working as a HR Executive. One of our colluege resigned from his positions and his performance was not upto the mark...so we relieved from his services.... How to prepare the relieving letter to him..
Pl advice me...

The format by Amit is simple and widely used. It is Acceptance(of resignation) and releiving letter as well.
