I have an interview for the position of IT Recruiter. What are the questions normally asked in the interview? Kindly help as this is the first time I am facing an interview in an IT company.

The most common questions asked are:

- What's the total number of hires you have completed?
- How many applications have you screened, and out of those, what was the offer rate and what were the rejections (mainly the hit ratio)?
- Why did you choose recruitment as your career?
- What are the different levels or areas that you have recruited for?
- Have you ever been involved in preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and MIS (Management Information System) reports?
- What motivates you in recruitment?
