The Academy has launched and nurtured a number of activities and programs in pursuance of the objective of knowledge generation and dissemination and capacity building for making HRD a vital part of a comprehensive management strategy.
One distinguishing feature of Fellow & Associate Programs in HRD & OD is that they are designed primarily for the working executives, management faculty and consultants. The Fellow Program is a doctoral level program and Associate Program is a M. Phil. level program of the Academy of HRD. These programs enhance research aptitude and inquiry mind in areas of HRD and OD.
