Withdrawal Under Section 68-NN of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme

Section 68-NN of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme permits the withdrawal of up to 90 percent of the amount standing to his/her credit at any time after attaining the age of 54 years by the member or within one year before their actual retirement on superannuation, whichever is later.

Form No. 31 has to be filled for the withdrawal of up to 90% of the amount standing in the PF account under Section 68-NN of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme.
