for basic pay of 11238.00, PF is 275 is it legally correct as system is calculating 780/31=25 ( 25*11=275) is it legally correct.
The answer is its incorrect because
Monthly PF =780
Month Days =31
Per day PF =25 (780/31)
Monthly PF = 775 (25*31)
Short fall= Rs.5
its shows shortfall of Rs. 5 so its calculating wrong.
