Few discipline guidelines should be mentioned in office known as "General Guidelines".

1)Beverages (Tea / Coffee / Water) - On the floor / Workstations / Cafeteria / Cabins, at selected occasions in the board room arranged by Admin.
2)Eatables (Any kind of Eatables) - Cafeteria & at selected occasions in the board room arranged by admin
3)Phone Ringer - Low@ Vibrations mode
4)Music / Songs / Audio - Cafeteria & with Head sets on Workstations
5)Smoking & Chewing of Tobacco & similar products - Outside the building premises
6)Alcohol or any other type of drugs influence - Prohibited
7)Internet / Video Clippings / Video Movie - In the Board Room, Meeting rooms, on specific Internet systems avalaible
8)Loose Talk / Abusing Language - Not Allowed
9)Entry to Server Room & UPS room - Designated employees from IT, Service and Maintenance or Management accompanying
10)In Case of Emergency / Fire / Earth Quake - Reach to nearest fire extinguisher, exit gates & leave the building premises at the earliest.
11)Workstations - To be neat & Clean. The organization shall not be responsible for loss of any valuable or cash.
12)Storage of Helmets / Umbrella / Rain Coats etc - In the designated area specified by Admin-At the reception
13)First Aid Kit (Available with Front Office / Security / Admin.) - Use it on need basis. Using prescribed medicine under guidance of expert / or on doctor’s advise.
14)Maintaining Hygiene in Washrooms - Usage & through garbage in the dustbins
15)Arms and Ammunitions or any other weapons - Not Allowed.
16)Harassment of female employees - Not allowed. In that case, stringent action would be taken up that may even lead to terminating the employee from the organization.
17)Accepting Favors / Gifts / Cash / any kinds of favor - Not Allowed
18)Private Vendors (like mobile phone or service providers, credit cards, banks, loans) etc. / Friends - Till the Reception Meeting Room (as per availability)
19)Beyond Reception, Only allowed after approval from Admin and concerned person.
