Seeking Advice on Competitive Salary for HR Manager Overseeing Multiple Plants in India

We are a Multinational Company planning to recruit an HR Manager to be based in Andheri, Mumbai. His main responsibility will be to oversee HR administration for three plants in India, with line managers reporting to him at each plant and a personnel assistant based in Mumbai.

Kindly advise on the salary range - CTC per annum for such a manager.

We have conducted a salary survey based on which I can suggest a salary range of 9 to 11 lakhs per annum for an HR-Admin Manager responsible for handling three plants with 10 to 12 years of experience.
