How I can put a candidate into blacklist if she/he has done fraud with the organization?

Hello...
I think there should be option in portals.. for the candidates who dont attend the interviews even after scheduling timing and all.
There should some column in portals...where we can write comment
I face this kind of situations, where the candidates dont show up for the interview..

I think some Portals do have such a facility--for eg., Shine.com.
However, that's a good one for all the Portals to implement--hope there are some CiteHR members working in Job Portals.

What is the industry you are in ?
Info tech industry and NASSCOM have a common blacklist
You have to speak to them
No other industry has one.
About the rest of the things, I think you need to file an FIR with the police so that its on police records. Take the help of your management to do that.

I think all portals should have some column for comment...even thought the name of industry is not revealed.

there is a column in Naukri.com... for comments..
i hope we can mention our comments for Good Candidates as well as for candidates who dont turn up for intw with 3-4 interview call letters also.
