Respected seniors, can you please tell me the procedure on how to enroll the organization in PF and ESI facilities for its employees?

The ESI Act covers all employees whose gross salary is Rs. 150,000 or less per month. Therefore, you only need to provide ESI coverage for those employees who fall into this category.

The ESI Act covers all employees whose gross salary is ₹15,000/- or less per month. Therefore, you need to cover only those employees under ESI.

Correction on Gross Salary

A small correction - the gross salary should be "15,000" or less, rather than "150,000". I believe it was a keyboard error that caused the extra zero to be included.

The ESI Act becomes applicable to a factory from the time it starts manufacturing, and the employer shall register it within 15 days of it becoming applicable as per Regulation 10B of the ESI Regulations 1950.
