Mobile Numbering System In India - Xls Download

I can update this Excel file. But someone need to send me the details or Number series, which area it belongs to and which ISP.

Thanks for very useful info. There is password protected sheet, I can't put 1st 4 digit in mobile nbr for trace location. some how managed to catch info but can I get updated codes .xls, because some code I found not allocated showing but its in working./Jasveer

Good effort of info.
2 suggestions;
1. If possible uptodate info of mobile nbrs.
2. If possible deep levels of mobile location. like city, distric,state. Presently its in brod level.

It is showing only old number series, and not even other state numbers & BSNL the new series too is not showing as you said
