Conducting Background Check Of An Ex TCS Employee

Hi,
Could someone tell whom to contact in TCS for an ex employee background check.
I am part of a small startup, cant outsource this job.

If you are a small start-up; then I suggest you try other means of judging or evaluating the candidate; rather than relying solely on a background verification with the company.

Background Verification is not done simply. Candidates proven track of experience certificates should be held by you before scheduling to any reference checks. I second Mr. Raj Kumar Hansdah, in taking different means to evaluating applicants for verifying education, previous work experiences and other information (credentials listed on entrants resume).
Since your's is a small firm I would insinuate to collect any information from the internet or social networking sites which might determine you with positively rather than approaching any employer directly.

Is it for TCS Delhi ? What is the location ? Background verification is either done through the Reference Check Firms or the hiring teams. Try and connect with the HR from the business unit this candidate worked in. You are likely to get a faster response , than using the email id as shared in the TCS website.
