Always I used to Say " We Can learn Leadership from Our Home itself. Father is a Manager & Mom is a Leader. Family is running with the support of both Manager and Leader ". If you need to perform well in business situation, you have to be a good dad as well as like mom!!!

Excellent presentation, IT seems Being manager is tough job, Well its true if you unable to manage things then things will go wrong.
Manager has to play role of Leader as well as manager .
