FNF Is Not Done Since 1 Year For 450 Employee

Hi Senior,
Need your assistance & guidance,
I had join this organization in Feb 08, 2010 & left in April 23, 2012, since then my fnf settlement is still not done, employer have only one answer "No funds available" we will do it if we have funds, but i came to know they r winding up & moving the brand in other division so later this division/company will close down.
Their intention is not to give money to ex-employee.
Currently few employee say 10-12 employee are still working (support dept.) they have not got their salary since Nov 2012.
Request you to guide us how can we get our hard earn money from them.

Please approach the labour office with your colleagues who haven't received their outstanding salaries / Settlement dues. They would definitely help you out. Hope you have all the documents supporting your employment with the company.

You can also consult some lawyer, who can help you by placing your petition at local labour court.
