NASSCOM has been benchmarked for most of the US companies in india HP, Dell, IBM, Oracle, AT&T etc along with GE, Ford are some on the list where there are thousands of employees whose data has been a social concern, hence the indian companies have implied to manoeuvre NASSCOM in patnership for working towards implementing the policy for rigorous verification of every detail.

One component in most of the companies have the pre-employment verification as people applying have maximum of false info provide at the time of interview. NASSCOM has inturn is associated with NSR >> this has a database which scans through the data provided by the companies and sends reports to its team functioning for verification. The documents produced are inveterated by phone, managerial verification, address & tenure verification, bio-metric verification etc. recorded and sent to clients, prior validation by the employer the data is therefore stored in their nationalised database.
