Communication skills for teachers depend on various factors. Teachers at what level? Teachers teaching what? Who is the audience for the teachers? What is the mode of teaching adopted? face to face in conventional level classrooms? teaching using IT in classrooms? Online tutoring to overseas students? .... What kind of communication? Written, Oral, Presentation, One to one, Class room, Public speaking,... Many a time effectiveness of a teacher is not due to poor communication skills alone, but factors such as subject knowledge, confidence level, interest / passion in the subject and teaching profession, enthusiasm and energy levels, length of experience, currency of knowledge and exposure, personality traits and so on

If, like others have mentioned earlier, give me specifics of what exactly you are looking for, i can suggest sites or books that i have found useful, so you don't have to go through all that is out there. The reason for the specificity is largely because communication skills can be a very large and wide topic. Assume this is for a group that is English-speaking.
