How I Made Weekdays Exciting for My Team: Share Your Thoughts and Suggestions!

I have implemented a new idea into my team and received a tremendous response and appreciation!

TEAM WEEK - Idea For Better Team Work - Make Weekday an Interesting One

Professional Monday: Ask your people to come up with more professional grooming and share some facts about professionalism. Implement more things and share official-related information that can help people grow personally and professionally.

Knowledgeable Tuesday: Share some knowledge-related or motivational clips or presentations. People can download tons of information/articles from CITEHR and share them with the team!

Process Wednesday: Conduct some training or a meeting and provide refresher training about your process on Wednesday. You can also conduct assessments.

Talent Thursday: Assign tasks to people to use this as an arena for individuals to share their talents in anything/any field to perform in front of the team! Like presentations, PPT presentations, creative work, sharing stories, news shares, talents like dancing, singing, etc.

Fun Friday: Friday is always an energetic day for everyone! Friday is always fun! Conduct some fun activities, team-building games, and something that can be shared with the team to build teamwork! This should be done by the team manager or lead.

We have implemented these ideas in our team, and team members are very happy and interested in doing something! It also helps maintain regular attendance and encourages people to be more active apart from regular work!

It's my personal idea that I used with my team!

Please share your thoughts and suggestions regarding the same!!

Happy Working!
