Fake Documents: Interviewee

Hey,
Today one girl came down for an interview, i found her very impressive & effective. On the other hand i found a fake experience certificate acknowledged with her documents. So should i recommend her or not?

Falsification or misappropriation/misrepresentation of data in the documents is a reason for reject. Which data in the experience certificate was fudged ? Do you think its an error or initiated by the candidate ? What impact does that certificate have to the role she would have to deliver ?
Do you have the option to provide her this feedback and help her rectify her fault ?
