I am an HR professional at an Engineering SME. We are in the process of finalizing an MIS reporting format for monitoring department performance through the respective Department Heads. Please share your ideas on what kind of reporting you think would be important for the management of a typical engineering SME. The departments are Marketing, Design & Development, Purchase, Stores & Excise, Production, QC, HR, Accounts, and Logistics.
