Dept. Heads MIS Reporting Format For Performance Monitoring

I am an HR of an Engineering SME. We are in the process of finalizing an MIS reporting format for monitoring Dept. performance through respective Dept. Head.
Please throw your ideas what kind of reporting you think would be important for Management of an typical engineering SME. The depts are
Marketing
Design & Development
Purchase
Stores & Excise
Production
QC,
HR,
Accounts,
Logistics

Dear Dipal,
MIS reporting can include Weekly and Monthly reviews, which can be presented in ppt format in front of the Director or Business Head.
As far as the Formats and types of reports are considered, It may be presented on PPT with attached MIS in excel format.
