Wishing u all a good noon. I'm Kapil Bansal pursuing my Masters in Social Work with specialization in HR. I'm in my fianl semester of the graduation and Im interested in doing my project related to HR project. I'ld like you to suggest some topics for my research project that would really provide my a good learning as well as understanding.

the topic i would suggest is " Impact of diversity and inclusion on organization effectiveness" which is i think need of time, every society in contemporary world facing problem of diversity, to enhance organization effectiveness diversity management is needed
